1.Order Price:
Please advise model no.quantity and memory capacity you are interested in,so that we will offer you price and other information.

2.Order Freight:
Order freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. We will calculate and let you know the exact freight cost for your order before you confirm it.

3. How to Order
(1). Please send your purchase order to us by email.
The following information about your order is needed:
A. Order Information - Model No.quantity and unit price
B. Your shipping information - company name or receiver's name, telephone number, Fax number, shipping address, destination country or airport or sea port, transportation method ( by courier, by air or by ocean container)
C. Freight payment is Freight collected or prepaid, if courier freight collected, please provide us your courier account
D. Forwarder's contact details if there's any ( in China mainland or Hong Kong )
(2). We will make PI (Proforma Invoice) and calculate the total price which you need to pay to us. You will find the unit price of each product and freight charge from the PI. If insurance needed, additional cost is paid by customer.
(3). Revise PI till all terms is confirmed by two sides .
(4). We will inform you our bank details for you to T/T payment
(5). You pay us money according to the amount calculated on the PI .And send us the remittance copy by email after payment is done.
(6). Usually, we will send goods to you within 2-5 working days after receiving your total payment. 
 

4.Payment terms:
T/T (Wire Transfer) or pay by western union / money gram in advance. We don't accept payment by credit card or PayPal. We accept USD, RMB, Euro, Pound, Default is USD.
 

5.Shipping term:
A)Generally speaking,for small quantity or weight less than 80 kgs, usually sent by courier(DHL/FedEx/UPS).For order from 80 to 500 kgs, usually be sent by air to the airport near customer.For large quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container. However, the
transportation method depends on customer's choice totally.
B)Delivery time is negotiable. Generally we will send goods wthin 2-5 working days after receiving payment
 

6.Samples Terms:
Samples are available. But buyers need to pay for samples and freight cost before samples sent. We don't provide Free samples or Free cost.
 

7.OEM order with customer's brand or logo:
It is avaiable,Logo and/or imprints can be printed on our products by silk screen
printing. The MOQ for silk-screen printing is 500 units per logo.
You can send us the artwork by email in JPEG or CorelDraw format. If you want your brand or company logo to be printed on product packing, the MOQ is 5000 units per model. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG or CorelDraw format.


8.Warranty Policy:
After selling out,12 months' free repair for faulty products caused by poor quality, Please contact us for delivery address and deilvery method BEFORE you send faulty products back to us.

We don't accept the following faulty products:
A. Default or damaged caused by wrong operation
B. Broken or damaged purposely
C. Out of warranty time
